Two models of ShockStop are available. One is sealed for damp and wet locations. The other is a fan-based model for controlled environment and higher current needs.
ShockStop is CSA approved.
ShockStop is intended to reduce the hazard of electrical shock. It is not a substitute for poor work practices or current safeguards.

Model VMX720S Sealed Unit
How do I select the proper model of ShockStop?
The model of ShockStop needed will depend on working conditions at the welding machine. A sealed unit is recommended if conditions are damp. A fan-cooled unit is recommended if welding for longer periods of time in a controlled environment.
